The END Project is not a hierarchal organization. As a volunteer initiative, we understand that the majority of people do not have the time to make political activism a full-time position. We also believe that every man and woman is born equal. Thus, we have only three levels in our structure.
1. END Project Core Staff
These are our most active members, serving primarily the END Project. Given official positions, they are our most reliable teammates and chosen for tasks that suit their skillset well. Though there are less than half a dozen, they get shit done. Given the high stress of the positions and the fact that day to day life becomes ever-more stressful, there may often be a position or two open. Apply if you're interested!
2. ENDers
These are our partners, whether they're from sister organizations, have partnered with us individually, or as a business. Alongside the EP Core Staff, they form the Council, an amalgamation of the great minds, hearts, and souls fighting for the goal. With one council head purely for guiding the team and keeping on track, we are all on equal footing, with shared power, and shared responsibilities. Apply if you're interested! [Keep in mind that applying for a partnership as an individual is generally applicable only to those with public traction or "popularity". The very point of a partnership is to combine resources, social circles, and specialties, represented by a single ENDer for that specific partnership].
3. Allies
These are our followers, voters, petition signers, donors, fellow protestors and political activists; anyone who works with us or has in the past supported us in any way but is neither an EPCS nor an ENDer. Chances are, if you're reading this page now, you already are one :)
